Our mission is to build industry-leading software for virtual data center management solutions, that is easy to install, intuitive to use, and engineered for rock‑solid performance. Through relentless attention to usability, reliability, and customer experience, we strive to provide world-class support and set new standards in infrastructure workload management.

Together, the two founders of NeonDynamics bring over 35 years of combined experience in virtualization. We cut our teeth on VMware VI 3 and have spent the years since designing, deploying, and optimizing vSphere platforms for organizations of all sizes.

Based in Melbourne, we’re both proud dads with two wonderful kids each. We share a passion for cutting‑edge technology and love spending time in and around data centers, turning complex infrastructure challenges into elegant solutions.

Back in 2018, we found ourselves deploying a Very Clunky Faulty platform from an industry‑leading Virtual Infrastructure software vendor, and knew there had to be something better. Year after year, we reminded each other that we should build our own alternative. Then in 2023, VMware’s acquisition and license changes shook the market, upending many companies infrastructure plans and causing uncertainty in a formerly stable industry.

We realized there was no better time to act. After getting wholehearted buy‑in from our spouses, we left our jobs, founded NeonDynamics, and set out to build Netframe. An easy‑to‑use, rock‑solid, and affordable virtualization platform.

We’re not here for world domination or grandiose ambitions. We’re here to craft damn good software and geek out over IT infrastructure. One stable, scalable solution at a time.
